Aside from traveling we also love Food, this is one of the Restaurants that we have landed in our journey. 🙂 This is Harbour City Dimsum at the lower ground floor as SM Cebu. What can we say about this place? Harbour City is a little bit crowded, crowded in a way that it is how they set up the restaurant. It is more like a market concept type where people are very busy doing something, walking around, and shouting.

Food? the food is great, you can choose different types of Chinese food  like Siomai, the lumpia shaghai, the steamed rice and They also have a variety of noodles and hotpots and the price is just right. Also found out that they also do deliver, as long as it is around Cebu area.
